Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to eligible customers who participate according to the stated contest mechanism.
2. Eligible entries may be submitted through one or more of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, TikTok Product Reviews, Shopee Product Reviews and Lazada Product Reviews.
3. All entries must include a photo or video featuring Karoma Stone, together with written content or a review. The content and wording are entirely up to the participant's creativity.
4. All entries must include #KaromaStonePerfume, regardless of the platform or entry type.
5. Social media posts must be publicly accessible during the selection period.
6. Entries submitted from the 1st to the 25th of each month will be considered for that month's winner selection.
7. Entries submitted from the 26th onwards will be considered for the following month's selection.
8. The winner will be selected by Kamatto's Customer Service Team based on the creativity and engagement of the submitted content.
9. Winner selection is not conducted by an automated algorithm or randomised system.
10. The winner will be announced through a live session on TikTok and Shopee on the 27th of every month.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value . The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.
12. Kamatto reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice.
13. Kamatto reserves the right to amend the contest mechanism or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
14. Kamatto reserves the right to disqualify entries that are inappropriate, misleading, fraudulent, offensive or do not comply with the contest requirements.
15. Kamatto's decision regarding the selection of the winner shall be final.
16. By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
